Q: When will my Kawaii Goodies be shipped?

A: Our efficient shipping process ensures that your order arrives with lightning speed. We ship your goodies within 1-3 business days after processing. No more waiting around for your favorite products!

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Currently, our shipping within the US is a flat rate $8.99 for most Kawaii Boxes. If your order is over $100, your shipping cost will be knocked down to $4.99. Shipping rates with our couriers are subject to change every year, so our shipping rates may also change.

Shipping rates to Canada will be calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination. The customer will be responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may be charged upon receipt.

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?

A: Currently, we only ship to the US & Canada, but we are working hard to find good options to expand our reach.

Q: How do you determine your pricing on your products?

A: Ultimately, we source most of our products from overseas. There are many factors that go into how we choose the price point of our products including: shipping, location, labor, and high demand versus the availability of the product. We are always working on making our products as affordable as possible while still maintaining overall quality of our products.

Q: Where do you source your products from?

A: We source our products from all around the world, but we mainly source them from China. We also source goods from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, Thailand, Canada, Germany, Mexico, France, Spain, and so many more!

Q: How can I determine when a product will expire?

A: We ensure that our inventory is separated by date into batches and properly rotated. Many of our products are imported, therefore, expiration dates are formatted differently than what you may normally see. This can cause confusion and frustration with some customers who are under the impression that we have sent them an expired product. Here are the common formats for expiration dates. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure.






(Chinese products do not have expiration dates. Instead they have production dates marked on the product and the factory provides the corresponding expected shelf life for those products.)

Q: Do you offer Wholesale Pricing?

A: Sorry, we currently do not offer wholesale pricing. Our products are not available for resale.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: Currently, we don't have a physical store as we are still a small, but growing business. We hope to have a physical location in the future.
